Salvatore Bartolotta, 58, of Berlin, beloved husband of the late Penny (Gillespie) Bartolotta, died Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009.

Born in Middletown he was the son of Sebastian Bartolotta of Old Lyme and the late Isabelle (Alle) Bartolotta;  he lived most his life in Middletown, East Hampton and Berlin.

Besides his father he leaves a son, Sebastian Bartolotta of Rocky Hill; a daughter, Jessica and her husband, Rodney Bitgood of Higganum; a sister, Sharon Torello of East Haven; a niece and nephew, Jamie and William Torello, and two grandchildren, Rodney Jr. and Crystal.

There was a service Tuesday, Oct. 20,. in the Giuliano-Sagarino Funeral Home at Brooklawn, 511 Brook Street, Rocky Hill, and burial will be private.
