Property Transfers in Old Lyme 2010 Editor's Note 07/12/10: The new Real Estate Conveyance Tax Return Form OP-236 no longer requires the buyer's address to be noted. It does however include, "Buyer's address after conveyance" In most cases, this is the address of the property that the buyer has just purchased.
